Our Women’s Gym is now open

In line with the government’s restrictions in relation to COVID-19, every member is required to book a 1 hour time slot in advance of coming to Her Gym.

Members should book up to two sessions from 8am on the day and refrain from booking more than two sessions in advance, to allow other members to attend the gym (only six members are allowed in per time slot).

For women who prefer to exercise in a women only environment, WomenZone offers a dedicated gym. The gym is fully equipped with a range of equipment including cardio machines, weights and a stretching area.

An induction will show you how to use the equipment according to your fitness goals. Our gym is run by qualified female gym instructors who are always on hand to answer any questions, carry out a fitness check and offer help and advice.

Our gym is supportive and motivating; and a place where women can ensure their fitness experience is enjoyable and rewarding.

So whether you want to lose weight, improve your health, tone up or be more active, out gym can cater for your needs.

Steam Room – opening date to be announced

After a long workout relax with a session in our steam room. Our Steam Room makes a great place to unwind relaxing the body and mind. Increasing blood flow, helping with weight loss and skin cleansing are all proven benefits of a steam room
