Roxy Lost 7 stones with the help of gym staff at Womenzone. Roxy Qureshi joined gym at Womenzone 1 year ago and engaged herself with exercise, jogging, dancing and walks. She lost 7 stones with the help of gym staff at Womenzone. Roxy said “Farzana, the gym instructor was awesome and she encouraged me to lose weight and helped me to build confidence”. Roxy is now helping in gym at Womenzone with inductions and trainings.
Safeena Kosar joined womenzone gym as a member when she started putting rapid weight on and had a very low confidence. She was told about the Womenzone’s gym by a friend Roxy who already lost a lot of weight with the help of Womenzone gym’s instructor.
Safeena was suffering from health problem such as cholesterol, and Polycystic Ovaries. She was advised by the instructor to join the weight management classes, a programme designed to help women with a diet plan. This was very helpful together with regular exercise. Safeena said “I was 15 stones 11 pound when I started Womenzone’s gym in the beginning of January and by the end of April I lost 3 stones 6 pounds”. The weight lost also helped safeena to overcome her other health problems. Later on, as she continued with classed and gym, the gym instructor saw her progress and offered her an opportunity to become a fitness instructor. Now Safeena Kosar is very confident instructor and helping other women at Womenzone’s gym with weight loosing techniques.
